How do I verify my identity?

You must verify your identity in order to have full access to your account. To verify your identity, please use one of the below verification methods:

SOFORT

Sofort is a web interface that verifies you through your banking information. You will need to have your bank account and PIN number available in order to verify via this method.

TINK

Very similar to Sofort, Tink uses your banking information to verify your identity, so be sure to have your online banking login credentials ready. Your data provided to us is then compared with that of your online banking account.

IDNOW (Mobile only)

IDnow is a video solution, where you will interact with a live ID agent. You will need to state your full name as well as present your ID document to the camera and follow the step by step instructions.

AUTOIDENT (Mobile only)
